What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are the cost that incur to ship products order from warehouse to customer shipping address. offers two shipping methods namely Standard and Express shipping. 

Express Shipping - Product will be delivered in 1-2 days

Standard Shipping - Product will be delivered in 3-5 days or more depending on the shipping post code. will be in touch with you once order is placed. 

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time? generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

How do I return an item purchased on

Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. 

Login to, place a return request:

1. Create a Return Request

  • Go to 'My Account'
  • Click on 'Orders' to view orders list
  • Click on 'Return Item(s)
  • Follow the insttructions
  • Click on 'Submit return request'

2. 'Item to be Returned' is picked up
The item you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep. will be in touch with regarding pickup. 

3. Replacement/Refund Initiated

Once the Seller receives the originally delivered item, a Replacement item is shipped or a full refund is issued.


Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories


There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

-Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

-Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

-Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

-Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

-Any consumable item that has been used or installed.

-Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
